Shipping & Returns

We currently sell Head Accessories, Bags and Ski Poles only through our website. Please see your nearest retailer for Skis, Boots and Bindings.

  • NZ Urban Delivery: Up to 5 Working Days from dispatch
  • NZ Rural Delivery: Allow an additional 2 days on above timeframe

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on working days. You'll receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order has left our warehouse.

We operate Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched the following week.

      Shipping & Handling Fees

      Standard shipping is as follows New Zealand-wide:

      Standard Shipping: $10.00

      We do not ship outside New Zealand.

      As we ship by courier we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

      Depending on your location in New Zealand, you can expect to receive your order within 5 working days. If you haven’t received your order in 10 days feel free to contact us by emailing or call Allsports Distribution during business hours on 07 377 1033



      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RN Number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
